Hey, I’m Wilder.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hey beautiful human, thanks for wandering into my little corner of the wild.

I started right where you are…tired, searching for support, feeling like a fragment of the human I longed to be. My life cracked open in the presence of safe, steady people who fought for my healing, and now it’s my passion and calling to offer that same kind of space back to others.

I’m a queer, trauma-informed Storywork Guide, Ritual Maker, and Creative. I believe healing belongs to all of us, and I hold space especially for women, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone who’s ever been told they were “too much” or “not enough.” This is a place where your wholeness, your rage, your grief, and your joy are welcome. You were meant for wild things.

I come alive walking alongside those untangling the insidious harm of spiritual and religious abuse, including the shame and control of purity culture and supporting the tender work of identity development. I know how deeply these stories shape the bones of who we believe we are, and how much courage it takes to rewrite them. Together, we name what was silenced, grieve what was stolen, and cultivate a truer, freer way of belonging and wholeness.

Beyond my work, I’m also an artist, musician, and photographer and story-weaver. Infused into everything I offer is creativity, ritual, and a deep respect for story. I live in Chattanooga, TN, where I guide clients both locally and online.

Stick around for real life, soul work, and a whole lot of mischief.

Background and Training

In my work with people, I use the core elements of "Narrative Focused Trauma Care," a life changing methodology developed by The Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. This work has not only brought incredible restoration and hope to my own life, but has transformed the lives of individuals and faith communities all across the globe.

I also have a background in somatic body based practice and ritual making, and the arts, that are all incorporated into my unique approach. The past decade I have spent in the ministry and non-profit world as a worship pastor, creative and culture builder.
